• 10 Simple Time Management Tips

    Time management is something I struggle with. I tend to procrastinate, so I did not do a list of things. It is also easy for me to be distracted Online if I do not have a clear goal in mind in particular on social media sites.

    I took some advice from a couple of women who have succeeded online to help me manage my time better. When I try to keep a clear line, I use time management tips of these wise women. I do not always succeed every day, but I know that every time I practice, I get more advice on what these habits.

    1- Buy and use a daily planner - I used to have small pieces of paper everywhere. My office was so distracted with notes No wonder I struggled to stay focused. Now I keep a spiral notebook next to me with my agenda to take notes.

    2- Production and use of your “to do” list - Prioritize the things you have to do now, and add the items you can wait a long “to do” list. If you use your list – there’s no good sitting in your diary or on your desk.

    3-Do not start the day with e-mail, Twitter, Facebook or other social media - Make your early work, without exception. Yes, that part of the work, to be social with your readers, but is a time and stick to it – not always, to all “to do” tasks are complete social.

    4-At the end of the day update “to do list” - The day comes to an end, do you have any? Do not worry, just these tasks to the list of tomorrow in the correct order. You can even something that was thought to your “to do” list was not real and you can scratch it.

    5-Use Google Calendar Reminders - Use the Google tools to your advantage. Send reminders for you. Schedule for webinars, conferences and interviews in advance. Plan a few months in advance to see the big picture.

    6- Outsource a Virtual Assistant - Sometimes it’s just easier to delegate tasks to back-end of a wizard. A Virtual Assistant can plan your “to do” list, meetings, and even upload your article to your blog.

    7-Only at webinars and conferences, the value of your company - you get a lot of information about the day. It is not possible for any conference or online seminar that you are interested to participate. Choose only those that the company requires.

    8-If you work – work. - Close the door if you have an office at home, let your family know that you are not disturbed and let nothing distract you from your “to do” list.

    9-Turn off the phone vibrate and home phone to Voice Mail - If you are sensitive to specific projects to ensure that there is no distraction – can also derail a call. When you are finished, take the time to call back.

    10-Do not feel guilty to say no - say “no”, and that means. Do not take more than your “to do” list. It is perfectly okay for you to use the word NO to, and you should not feel guilty to use. Take a lesson from a 2 year old, they often use, it really is and they certainly have no fear or guilt of the insert.

    These time management tips may seem simple, they are, but do not be fooled. Use it every day until you collect your habits and find success. I am very grateful for the advice and hope one day to report that I no longer hesitate.
